TABLE HELP

Help Paths for Live Dealer Sessions

If something interrupts your live session — a dropped stream, a mid-hand disconnection, or a payment that hasn't cleared before you sit down — our support team can pull the session record and verify what happened. Every round on Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live tables is logged server-side, so disputes are resolved against the actual recorded outcome rather than memory. Reach us through live chat, email, or by checking your wallet transaction reference directly.

Live Chat Reach our support team through live chat while you're at the table. Describe the game room and round number so we can check the session log quickly.
Email Support For disconnection disputes or wallet queries tied to a live session, email us with your account ID and the table name. We log every hand so we can verify the outcome.
Wallet Reference Check If a JazzCash or Easypaisa deposit hasn't shown in your balance before a session, check the transaction reference in the payment app and share it with our team.
bet765 What We Carry in Our Live Dealer Lobby

What We Carry in Our Live Dealer Lobby

Our live dealer section runs tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — two studios recognised for reliable streams and professional dealers. You'll find multiple Baccarat variants including Baccarat Insider, several Roulette tables with different betting limits, Dragon Tiger for quick rounds, and Live Poker Pro for longer sessions. Each table shows a real-time video feed from a dedicated studio. Pragmatic Play

Live also runs Speed Baccarat rooms, which keep rounds short — useful when you're on mobile. Where the game provider shares RTP figures, they're displayed on the table info panel. All rooms are available where your region and local law permit.

HOW WE RUN IT

Fair Play and Stream Quality in Our Rooms

Every live dealer table in our lobby is supplied by a studio that keeps its own session records, independent from our platform. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both publish their certifications and game audit details on their studio sites, so the accountability sits with the provider — not just with us. RTP figures, where published, appear in the table's own info panel. No round result is stored only on our side; the studio log is the authoritative record.

Studio-Certified Dealers

All dealers in our rooms are trained and employed by their respective studios — Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live — with each session monitored by the studio's own compliance team.

Logged Round Records

Every hand dealt and every spin result is recorded server-side by the studio. If a round is disputed, we can pull the session log and check the exact outcome for your table.

Adaptive Mobile Streams

Pragmatic Play Live and Evolution both serve adaptive bitrate streams, so the feed adjusts to your mobile connection without dropping the round mid-deal.

RTP Where Published

We do not invent RTP figures. Where a provider publishes a return-to-player percentage for a specific table, it appears in that table's info panel — not on a marketing banner.

Live Dealer Terms You Should Know

Live dealer tables come with their own vocabulary — terms like squeeze, side bet, and Dragon Tiger can be confusing if you haven't played before. Before you join a table in our Baccarat Insider or Live Poker Pro rooms, it helps to know what those terms mean. Each definition below covers the concept in plain language.

01
What is a live dealer?

A real person who physically deals cards or spins a wheel in a studio. The action is filmed and streamed to your screen in real time so you see every move live.

02
What does RNG mean in a live casino context?

Random Number Generator — a software engine that determines outcomes in non-live games. Live dealer tables do not use RNG; outcomes depend on the physical cards or wheel.

03
What is a squeeze in Baccarat?

A dealing style where the dealer slowly reveals the card edges before flipping face-up. It adds tension to each round but does not change the odds or result of the hand.

04
What is Dragon Tiger?

A two-card live table game where one card is dealt to Dragon and one to Tiger. The higher card wins. It is one of the fastest live casino formats available at bet765.

05
What is a side bet in live Baccarat?

An optional wager placed alongside your main Player or Banker bet. Examples include Pairs, where you bet that the first two cards on one side will match in rank.

06
What does KYC mean for a live dealer account?

Know Your Customer — the identity check we run before processing your first withdrawal. You submit a national ID or CNIC, and we verify it against the account details you provided.

Live Dealer at bet765 — Questions Answered

Pakistan players come to our live dealer lobby with a consistent set of questions — mostly around which tables are available, how mobile streaming holds up on local networks, and what happens to a bet if the connection drops. Below you'll find direct answers to what we hear most often. If your question isn't here, our live chat team can check your specific account or session details.

We carry Baccarat Insider, Live Poker Pro, Dragon Tiger, and multiple Roulette rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Availability depends on your region and local law.

Yes. All live rooms load directly in your mobile browser — no separate app needed. Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live both stream adaptive feeds that adjust to your mobile network.

Open your JazzCash or Easypaisa app, send to the number shown in the cashier, confirm with your PIN, and the balance reflects shortly. Raast bank transfers also work.

Every round is logged server-side by the studio. If you lose connection mid-hand, your bet is still processed on the recorded outcome. Contact our team with your session details if there is a discrepancy.

Each table shows its minimum and maximum bet in the info panel before you sit down. Limits differ across rooms — Speed Baccarat tends to have lower minimums than VIP Baccarat variants.

Cricket betting is handled through our sportsbook, not the live dealer section. For PSL and international cricket markets, head to the sports lobby. Live dealer focuses on Baccarat, Roulette, and card rooms.
